Well Harsh_BLR, I do get bills by email (detailed), by courier and sms alerts. Airtel is quite prompt in issuing bills, not when acknowledging payments. And even if you pay by credit card, what will you do if Airtel refuses to ever have received payment? This has happened to me twice, despite my hav read more...
