Sankalp, you may have got lucky. But as you can see from the hundreds of reviews, this is a fraud company that has cheated a number of people to date.

I paid 23K for a laptop which never even started. Luckily, my credit card company agreed to classify it as a 'Fraud' transaction. Keep away from Infibeam. Trying to get them to stick to their 'Replacement' or 'Refund' promise will raise your BP for sure!

I am facing exactly the same problem. Trying to reach them to buy a top-up plan for my parents (aged 55 & 60). Wonder if it has something to do with the age group. After advertising lifetime coverage, they might be using this tactic to dissuade older people from buying insurance from them
