Update 1st Aug: Finally Infibeam refunded the money. I had to post the review on mouthshut and also had to start dispute process from Citibank credit card. Citibank allows to raise disputes in such cases. They investigate it for free and give results if everything is proper. Else you can go via s read more...

If you have used credit card, credit card company can help you. Citibank gives temporary credit in such cases within 3 days. You have to send them all mails/docs whatever you have. They will investigate and will guarantee case closure. You should explore this option. Call your credit card company.
