I am facing the same issue, They have changed me for the Dhamal pack which says HD channels included but in reality HD channels are not included, Just to confuse the customer and some extra money TATA sky show HD channels in Dhamal pack. Hi Ananad, I am also one of the Victim of Euro Air Detox. My unit started giving problem after 20 days and after 6 months they have turned up for service. Even I asked for refund. What did you do for refund? Regards, Keyur Mistry
