Wow this is the first time I am hearing this feedback about such a Samsung phone, leads me to believe that either: 1) the phone is defective, or 2) you moved over from a really high spec phone to this (which phone did you use before this?) Update: The issue is resolved as of yesterday night. A technician came home and resolved the issues. Like I mentioned in the previous comment, it was like Magic. Thank you mouthshut.com. Thats magic. Someone just called me from Aquaguard and informed they will come home. Hurray! Keeping my fingers crossed. One thing that looks abundantly clear now is that feedback on mouthshut is greater than any number of complaints made at the service center....atleast someone called me. Will read more...

Hi, I believe the problems were for the old INDICA. Apparently these issues were corrected when the INDICA V2 Version was launched. Or am I wrong?
