Dont ever dis regard a product because somebody has had a bitter experience. There are several of them who are extremly happy of this car. there are Several sites where people who have better knowhow of car comment . They have given good points on Baleno .

Please write to them - their management. I remember when TataSumo was launched , one of my friend had a horrible experience with his vehicle. the dealer was of no help . He wrote to the Chairman - Ratan Tata . He did get a reply within a month . So the Company as such will certainly listen to your read more...

VShaleen, I disagree: You compare Flair - 1.3 engine with that of Baleno ?. I have driven City - almost 40K Kms , therofre I know what it feels to drive City against a Baleno ( I bought a Baleno several months back) . I must say that Iam very happy about it . I agree . Ive had similar experience . Never get into a 'veg' restaurant where the main business is catering to tourists ( Read tourist buses). Avoid Woodlands too .
