you right there is no short cut to loose weight and yes its true .... i joined i regret waste of TIME more than money.... its unneccessary stress ( Phscological) cuz everyday they make you check your weight and you keep thinking OMG m i soooo FAT ?????

Guess you got some money to write this up cuz yes i joined VLCC and then realiesed that they are cheaters the techniques they use to make you lose weight you are bound to gain more...
