i'm using this from nov 09.. it seems this is a common problem.. im tired of fighting with them... funniest part is the engineer who visited did not even know how to re-install the s/w.. it was awful.. now it works... at max the speed shows 150kbps.. n some times it disconnects… nyway got used to it read more...
