I lodged a complaint with Vodafone corporate office using their Website and after investigating the matter they have transferred the balance to new SIM card. At times it pays to follow up such cases till the very end.
Navinp: I agree eith you thoughts. All I am trying to say is that instead of forcing customers choose for ID proof at the time of online booking, as you said any of the 6 proofs should be accepted. That is what I am trying to highlight.
Yes, I received the items but it took a long time for delivery. In the end even after receiving the items I didn't think it was worth paying 65K upfront simply because of the delay in delivery.
