you must be 1 in a million. ARAMEX is a big fraud company. Only if people could sue them in india to get justice., then the company would have closed down !

See guys , A live example of ARAMEX. Their representative has asked for details(showing concern) on 13th and I have replied in an hour with the waybill number.
