You should have read t&c and fine prints before making purchase. Also its more of a croma issue. If you have any pamflet or advertisement which says the discount is valid in Oct try writing to icici or bank ombudsment with all proofs. You can even approach consumer court.

OK. I was lucky that I paid using Credit Card on their website and raised a dispute with ICICI bank that ''I never got the service I paid for''. Lucky for me that in 90 days the dispute was resolved in my favor and I received the money refunded on my CC without any sweat. Love Indian banking and lov read more...
