You could call me a bargain hunter and a nag. But then I work hard for my money and when some service provider plays truant in terms of giving me VFM service or product, he has a problem in me. Otherwise I love life and live it queensize with my family and friends :). Checking out service levels, product quality etc to report back @ Mouthshut :)

Since I personally have had a favorable experience with them, I would urge you to give one more shot of connecting with them through their online queries or through the call centre.
