upu have not mentioned which bank u are talking about. But i am sure that must be icici bank!!!

to get maximum customers, this bank has thrown service to the winds. Nothing happens in branch offices, all documents come from head office, even cheque book and statements. They charge heavily for duplicate statements. I closed my a/c there and find hdfc better.
