Totally pathetic customer service. Damaged my window, LCD, waterpurifier, fridge etc. And they will never compensate you for damages even with insurance. Make you run around in circles after following up for a month and a half. Their call center team is adept at that! And I guess the management is a read more...

Zero Customer Service. If you are unlucky enough to get the wrong packers and movers allocated by EZMove, then you are in trouble. I'm sorry you had to go through this ordeal. We faced issues as well. They damaged my 25 foot window, my LDC TV, fridge and some glassware. Offered Rs.500 for the window which was insulting.
