Yep, I would agree with you. I recently tried to open an account and they ask for simply too much documentation. Email/FAX is not acceptable as they are not secured! LOL...this means many corporations in Silicon Valley are dumb. Perhaps they do not understand that a photocopy can be faked and still read more...

Said it true, but after mounting losses. And further we cannot do much but wait for their mercy. Customer protection laws must be bettered in India. Never trust citi. treat your money with them the same way you would sleep in a tiger's den. I am stuck with them for the evils of certain conveniences.
