I could get remote control units from china, it cost me 750 per piece, I bought 4. In fact the Chinese store in shanghai that I searched thru Internet offered me a price of Rs.100 per piece if I pick a 100 piece. It works pretty cool. Over a year now, I just hv one remote working off the three units I bought. We had a Daikin engineer Mr. Deepak visit us, understand the issue, take some photos, I showed him the o'general unit we use and it's remote as well, that's the last I heard of the good Mr. Deepak. No support virtually.

Afton Equipment I managed to follow up with Shagun and have my machine rectified recently, It had to be a motor replacement regardless, cost me around 8500 with some frames replaced as well, i was advised a belt replacements and had to pollitely decline.
