Finally after several attempts and time spent - my refund requests was taken seriously and the same has been processed
Finally, I have started receiving some calls from Sterling Holidays, Mumbai Branch in last 2-3 days. I spoke to couple of their representatives and they are planning to meet me this month and hopefully this will address my requests.
