it is not only with BPL, but with all the MNC. i got my ORANGE Cell de-activated during first week of December 2002 and waited for refund till first week of April 2003 and i was still told to wait for one more monht for a small amount of Rs. 400/- (approx.) i sent a very strong letter to ORANGE read more...
