the agents/people are representative of bank and anything wrong done by them is as if it is done by bank. even when the bank is informed about the wrong promise made by thr agent, they dont take any action against them. i m saying this with my personal experience with Citibank and HSBC

i am sorry to hear abt ur BAD exp with SIFY. in New Bombay, i am using SIFY for more than 1 year and never had any problem with connectivity or download. some time the network is down due to maintenancy or other problem but it gets sorted out within an hour rajesh
