If you are in Hyderabad, you can try Qmart near Srinagar colony for the soap. Else the IFB soap works.

this is a front-loading model as it has a hot water option. currently samsung has a front-loading model with 5 kg and 6kg capacity. they also have ceramic heaters which apparently do not get coated with sediment when hard water is used.

it is a front loading; as it has hot water option. at present there are 2 models in the front loading samsung :- 6 kg and 6.5 kg. one has a ceramic heater. this is supposed to be better as it does not get coated with sediment , when hard water is used.

i am the possessor of a kenstar dishwasher. the machine is quite good. the after sales service was excellent till a short while ago. but now!!! the unit seems to have closed down and heaven knows what the owners are supposed to do regards the servicing. any ideas about whom to approach?
