Dear Friend, In this case you need to write to RBI.Make a complaint against HSBC with RBI,that is the only way when HSBC will take note of your complaint.

Latest update:After discussion with the Bank authorities and TATA AIG they have no written request for the same.As they do not require any written permission they take approvals on call recordings.As per me no calls were made to me regarding permission for insurance policy.Looks like Banks have star read more...
Dear vnshiju, Complaint to IRDA is because TATA AIG is issuing policies even if the concerned person is not approaching them.How can an insurance company issue a policy in my name if i have not approached them.They are misusing Credit card info's.I am indeed dealing with HSBC First.But IRDA has to read more...

Even i am also facing the same problem.I have not even received any policy either and now the bank is harassing me to pay them the money.It is a shame how such banks are allowed to operate in India.You can approach consumer court,RBI and IRDA with your complaints.I am also doing the same.If you know read more...
