did you confirm the deal in 2 days, as per their terms and conditions. They have clearly mentioned that blocked rate is valid for 2 days. If deal is not done then money will be forfeited. That's fair.

Not all tour managers are alike at TC. We had gone in May 2012 for Europe Extravaganza and during 15 days we saw four tour managers. One who was with us for maximum days was very arrogant. I agree fully with this observation. We had joined their 15 days Europe extravaganza tour in 2012 starting from Rome and ending at London. It was good but very hectic. If one reads the review it is clear that this site deserves much better rating than single star. Also, subject / heading of review is misleading. Reviewer owes an explanation for doing this.
