Agree to it we have purchased the same unit and we are facing issue with 5 times blinking issue on TV unit only after 3 years and now when checked with service center they said need to replace the panel which is not expected from such a Brand like SONY.

Yes, M also very much happy with the product and service provided by Pure-IT but sometimes the Service Engineers are not checking the device and replacing parts so you should replace the service engineer. Hi, I have Purchased Pureit Ultima UV+RO and i think i will also pay twice for the same. as evertime a reg a service req service guy replace some duplicate parts and m facing same issue again an again evey month and pureIT is not working on it. as i am paying from my pocket so PureIT has no concern read more...

Hi, M facing the same issue and no one is responding every time same service engineer is coming and replacing some parts and issue is still there.
