I am the mother of 3...my daughter is 21 and my sons are 18 and 11. I am happily married. We live near Chicago. I love to write! I hope to publish my poetry one day. I love to bike, hike, people watch and to take in all the beauty that nature has to offer. I am a music enthusiast, even though I can't play a lick of anything myself...ha ha. I love a good book that is so rivitting that I can't put it down. I love the ocean...wish I lived near one! I, also, love the Chicago lakefront...it's beautiful and there is so much life there. More than anything, I love to see the look in my kids eyes when something has made them feel so good about themselves.

I feel calmer already! Your article was very well written! There is a very large truth to what you are stating. Thank you for your comments. I agree with what you are saying. It is important for people to understand the cycle that they put themselves in when trying fad diets and 'Yo-yo-ing' their metabolism. Vicky, Thanks for your RRC. You are right that this book can help anyone, whether they are trying to lose weight, want to feel better, want to protect themselves from disease or if they need to control their insulin. Its just common sense once you have the correct information. Rhonda
