same here... i also have photon + ..speed is pathetic even by internet standard.if they claim they will give 3.1 mbps then downlod speed should be 300-400 kbps but wat we get is 50 -20 even 0 kbps .there mobile antenna is just few block from where i live but speed is damm slow all the time
