my experience has not been a very happy one. Nowadays i am dealing with flipkart and amazon. They are far superior in service. They dont dingle dangle and they are prompt.

i doubt the caller is from HDFC sometimes some prankster try to tarnish the image of the Bank by making prank calls. HDFC employees are very cultured and the Bank is very particular about its recruitment. They source the best talent unlike some other banks.

i doubt any employee of HDFC bank would make such suggestions. You appear to be irritated that your loan is rejected. As far as I know the service given by HDFC Bank is absolutely the best.
