So it's now the 11th day after the promised delivey date (17 days after the order date). I thought I'll try my luck going to the Delhivery office (11 km from my house). And when I get there, they tell me that it's out for delivery! While I was at the courier office, I saw hundreds of packets strewn read more...
10 days now past the promised delivery date, and still no communication. Mr. Shobhit, are you listening? I got a call from you today, but it got disconnected, and when I tried to call back, it said the number doesn't exist. When on earth will I get my delivery?

I completely identify with what you said, and looks like you've used some of my own words:) I still haven't received my product, and I honestly don't even know when I'll get it.
So it's now 9 days after the promised delivery date, and still no sign of the package. I was called by both the Delhivery and the Indiatimes teams (Shobhit from Indiatimes social media monitoring or something like that). You're not alone in this. Several reviewers including me have faced the same issue. In my case, I was lucky that they found my item in stock. But their common policy seems to be first to accept the payment, and then go around hunting with the manufacturer for stock. They can then easily blame the ma read more...

Sorry for the delay in updating this post. I was out of town, and the mouthshut comment update feature wasn't working on my phone. The product was delivered to me on August 31. Update 4: Pawan was true to his word and I got a msg just now that it's been shipped at 7:10 PM through Blue Dart. Will post an update after I get actual delivery.

@sohilgupta On another note, do you know if Sony honours the warranty if bought from letsbuy.com? I was considering buying my PS3 from here, but I heard conflicting reports about the warranty, so I decided to play it safe and buy it from Croma.

Yours is not an isolated incident. I ordered a PS3 Move Controller on 24 August, and the status still says ''Ready to Ship.'' I wrote a complaint on mouthshut, and Pawan from letsbuy called me immediately and promised today that it will be shipped within 24 hours. I'm hoping their 24 hours and my 24 read more...
Update 2: Pawan called again (that was fast!), and assured me that the product is in stock and that I will get the shipment details within 24 hours. As I said before, keeping my fingers crossed!
Update: I got a call from Pawan, who handles social media for Letsbuy. He says he'll check if the product is available and get back to me soon.
