I agree to this post.. I was also promised 1 interest rate and ended up with another.. the problem didn't stop at that, every interaction with Axis turned out to be a hellish experience.. Getting a Home loan through SBI is a tedious process! Even though it is a takeover loan. The customer service that you get is very very bad.. I would switch only 1) if the difference in the interest rates are huge - I am hoping RBI cuts the rate soon 2) You dont have to pay the pre-closure cha read more...
