Recently booked a hotel with goibibo. Didn't have any bad experience, but just that their customer service is not good enough. Had to call them multiple times and never got a call back after assurance. Finally, had to interact directly with the hotel I had booked.

Thanks, dude. Your input was really helpful. We were thinking of visiting this gold class for quite some time, but now I guess we don't have to. Nevertheless, as long as people are willing to pay this exorbitant amount, they will continue to survive and exploit!!

Interesting to see that all good reviews written here about Aviva are by people who created their mouthshut IDs newly to write their first and only review for Aviva while bad reviews are from long-time mouthshut users. Marketing has reached an altogether different level!!
