Same experience. My flight was at 6.25.. i reached the counter at 5.30. Still they said its closed, cant issue ticket. The worst flight i know. Ive also decided never to travel by indigo..

Yes. I had same experiences with indigo..delay and loss of 36k even though i was on time. its just the worst flight..
