i agree with avishkar.....my car is also doing very well giving avg of 18 and 22..AC is more effective than my other car ...hyundai accent.

i also own a nano..but this is not the case..the prob must b with particular model and ur engine.

dear, dont loose ur cool . this prob was with particular lot...for which tata's r replacing the exhaust fan and wiring free of cost.....and also indicator switch.ur veh got overheated coz ur exhaust fan was not working.
