I too had the similar problem as above, and eventually changed the main circuit board several times within a span of 6 months. We had to dispose it.

The dust particles dissolved are carbon residue, coming from filter. This is a flop model. Please discontinue using it. Eureka forbes executives do not have any solution for this problem thanks k.srinivasachari@gmail.com

Please do not buy this buy this product, as it is giving carbon dissolved water initially when we switch it on. I faced this problem even after changing the filter cartridge through Eureka forbes. My experience is same with this model--Aquaflo Dx. Even I am getting water mixed with chemicals, and no solution from Eureka forbes executive even after changing the cartridges. The chemical which is dissolved is carbon residue, which are harmful. thanks k.srinivasachari@gmail.com
