Same here. Totally against their internal processes for legitimate customer refunds. Being an auditor, I think its a carefully planned management fraud, to profit on customer's money with the interest that they get by parking the same, and delaying clear refunds.

If at all this has happened, it happens for name sake, and to comply with some internal norms. They do not do this holistically. Their customer service is the poorest of all the other Banks.
