You are true. The ICICI bank does not care for their customers as I have also experienced nd lodged compalint. However the complaint levels are also useless and do not work as did in my case already on this site. however after making final compalint toHon. you can move to consumer courts which would be very useful and worth moving. there are not much formalities and you need not be engage any lawyer. Just approach consumer forum in your city and file complaint.

I do not agrre. What I experienced recently I found ICCI useless bank as far as their customer care services are concerned. the officers posted in the said section are either not properly trained, half knowledgeable or not at all interested to facilitate customers and ask most of the time to visit b read more...
