payal, it seems ur working for kent, otherwise there is no reason for u to favor them. I am also suffering from the worst service after sales and planning to move to consumer court.

Hello All,%0d%0a%0d%0aI am probally the recent victim of this Kent Unit. I am following up with local KENT people since one month but they simply dont care.
