Hi Guys, Suresh again, Sony has replaced the handset after months of follow up. A special mention of the Mobile Store guys who took up the Complaint in right earnest with the Sony Guys. the phone was replaced on 6/9/08 Evening. I charged it on the 7th & used it on the 8th.
