Point well taken. I am not getting into an argument or something. Let me just add some observation of mine here too. Hi, I have been using their titanium card for 5months now. The service is excellent. No wrong billings, prompt in statements, friendly customer care ... I have seen this clause at the time of getting the card. This .85 paisa is in effect the premium for every rupee outstanding after the interest free period. This means that if only a part of the amount outstanding for a month is paid, the next statement would include premium for the dues indicated i read more...

Pls get the facts rite...the max speed of activa is just 77Kmph...my 5 yr old activa still gives a mileage of over 45Kmpl%+ consistently..agreed that its got something to do with riding habits and conditions....Back ache is certainly a bit of an issue...I rarely faced it though...

I had ABN calling me 100's of times with the rep on the other side literally pleading to take the card. (If I were in front of him, think he would have fallen on my feet). The offer was too good to believe with 1% interest p.m compared to 2.95% by other banks.....So I rejected...Glad I did that....

Had the same experience with them....Ditto..In my case, I applied fr a gold card, they gave me a classic. I informed the CC n cancelled that. The customer care said they'l reapply n this time it was rejected...No transparency...They refuse to speak out....I decided that these grapes must be sore!!! read more...

I have had 2 bad experiences with this bank and I have written a review here also about one of them....They never do what they promise to...Get ur dues cleared and have card cancelled...In my case the card, they say is cancelled, but I am able to login to phone banking...God knows how....Stay Away F read more...
