Pathetic customer service. They have an option (goes 1-1-3) on their toll free number...meant for general queries...which will always either not get responded or will go to a voicemail. I had booked a BLR-DLH flight, the amount got debited from my credit card account without a ticket being issued... read more...

I am in Bangalore and the service here is as pathetic as mentioned. As an update, I finally got a call and a mail from TATA Indicom....Guess when and why? The first call came on the immediate next day of my posting my complaint on mouthshut.com. The customer care lady called from Hyderabad enquiri read more...
