Based on the review of timelines, I am seeing that starting Nov 2017, the quality of their service has dipped. Most reviews from Nov 2017 are 1* and poor. You may lose your money if you continue to order from them now.

I had the same experience as you did. I ordered one, they delivered another - just what is available with them.

Unfortunately, my experience is not that pleasant both the times I have purchased from this site. He has not serviced my 2nd order nor has he completed my first order.
