The AGM of the bank promptly responded. The review contents do not appear to be correct. Whether the review writer visited and talked to the Branch Manager. What was the out come. Just writing a review in anger and leaving it is not fair even after the Official concerned reacted immediately.

Informing the name of the branch will help. It is not the experience for Customers in all branches.

The only remedy to such fellows who do not even acknowledge Customer complaints, is to write public reviews and never to recommend the useless brand FRONTECH to anybody. I have also written a review as I am also a victim of this useless brand called FRONTECH.
