same thing happen to me 2wice its a fraud company. now they will make you regret for the day you had ordered the product. it will take them at least 6 months to refund the amount.

Me too a victim twice, first time i ordered a Nokia phone and it them 0ne month and 6 days to to refund my amount and i had too make around 60 calls and had send around 40 e mails to get the refund and the again i ordered a red tape sandal on 27 july 2012 and till now i dint get the refund. and both read more...

They have a mantra for every issue :: we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.. Rather apologizing now and then and posting fave reviews , try to work hard to improvise your management system & everything.

They are OK for small deals like haircut & massage, but they can`t handle delivering a product. Poor customer service & management.

I had suffered for 33 days after ordering a product from them and then they said. Sir we are very sorry we are unable to deliver the product.. please do not try to buy any product from snapdeal.com

snapdeal.com are big fraudster, the shipped my product to a different sate and after 33 day the said me: we are very sorry we are not able to deliver the product, In the last 1 month i had call them more than 35 times and had sent more than 30 e mail. pathetic customer service and worst management.

too have a similar experience, You cannot track your shipment online, if u call them they do not pick up the call,they do not have a customer more over they do not reply to you e mails, Its been more than one month now my shipment has not been delivered..Horrible service..
