Its a fraud company don't take any package. Hotel Rooms provided were not luxurious as they mentioned in their itinerary. Very unprofessional behavior.

It's a bad service from Videcon. Main attractive of Videocon d2h is rf remote. But this time I got an ordinary remote. remote is not working after a month.

Exchange offer is not reliable otherwise amazon is good. I have been a regular customer there. The services that they provide are topnotch. refund and replacement is good in service.
