sure the picture quality is good for sun direct.... but what abt the customer service.... recharging the account is also a big problem... it doesn't rocks for me....

I too agree that their customer service is bad.... but once we place a complaint they use to sort it out quickly.... I had a problem with my set top box and on registering a complaint, the next day itself it got replaced....
