This really is not a review. Agree with 'euphendra' that it is an essay! These kind of write-ups are a waste of time.
I'm no marketing guy of APC. I'm a consumer of their product and my review is based on MY experience of the same (I cannot possibly write a review of YOUR experience of a product!!). You'd have to do that yourself. Stick to objective view points - don't make subjective assumptions.
There are several GREAT Indian companies who offer immaculate service (Maruti, Tata, Reliance, Moser Baer etc... this is just to name a few and they offer products and services that are great value for money). The sign of a good company (no matter which people base they're selling to, class or no-class): 'Deliver what you promise' OR at-least, 'promise less, deliver more'. One more point that I feel strongly about is, if the product is really world-class as they claim, why not have a buy-back policy? A 15-day policy or even a 7-day buy-back policy would do; that would mean a lot about the confidence they have in their products.
