When you look at the current trends,as well as past trends,in the evolution of software engineering in the United States, you can see a new reality unfolding. That trend is simply that US engineers will continue to lead the world in terms of innovation, salaries, career advancement and leadership in the world of software engineering for many years to come. Is that really true and why? Offshore labor has NOT solved the IT problem, of high failure rates, high cost, and lack of innovation talent in the field. When you look at the Indian Employeement situation and Indian company, the have no secure job and skilled person who can fully manage the project without USA person. All country very well aware about the tallent of Indian but still few thing is back to the Indian education. I have started my own company after 7yrs experience in this field as Software Engineer and basic aim to work on the global way to improve the current situation with our dedicated staff. I am software engineer as well trainer with proficient. I am giving full support to our staff do with professional. Godaddy is not good for services. I hope just a marketing only. Godaddy cheating with brand name. godaddy registered domain is now allow expiration,deletion more time for renewal period etc ... finaly your domain can renew and will take for auction to get money godaddy .... I think worst company eve read more...
