Buddy you did not read or understand the review I guess. read it again and you will get the answer. For some of us customer service, hygiene, content, display all comes across as a full package and not enjoyment based on the display. But then to each according to his choice....
I have no problem Teen. i am sure they need to earn, but why declare so in the website that the charges are per ticket? Add the rider that in case the tickets are free then still the internet charges will apply. Why mis-declare and claim?
Looks like you are taking your job too seriously by doing as per the SOP and not reading the content of complaint. Read the content pl before responding.

All of us have been facing this issue. They dont carry the Tata lineage and hence this cheating.
Pl do not subscribe to Lonely Planet India. Issues get missing for months together. And if you lodge a complaint no one responds on the complaint. Stay away. Better to buy from the nearest magazine stall. read more...
