I think you have tuned ur bike for mileage i.e. Lean mixture. Tuned it for optimum or some rich. Never ride ur bike in sixth gear below 50kmph. Engine will heat up more. Throttle is nothing but accelerator. Well don't go deep.

The problem is due to sixth gear congestion and lack of some refinement. I think this problem will disappear after few services.

Dear bagchi thanks for ur response. you told me 3 to 3.5k but daniel told me 2.9 to 3k. Who is correct. 0.6k rpm is a big range. Try to be more accurate.
