Well Do not go for Apollo Munich - Do a massive due-diligence. Do not trust the Agents. Take everything in writing. Apart from massive Advertising campaign on various media, i heard there are fictitious people promoting Apollo Munich on Website!! so Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well the issue is escalated to Dr. Babhatosh Mishra ( He tried to teach the customer that you know nothing) and divert the issue. Reflects poorly on the leadership of the organisation. Let IRDA now investigate this issue.
Since nothing happenned on this issue trying to sort out directly, i had to approach IRDA. IRDA is still investigating this issue and i hope there is a result!!

Thank you Sir for sharing the experience. Very helpful to know how people people at ApolloMunich deal with the customers. I have also a horrible experience with Apollomunich. The discussion is on for 3 months without moving an inch. I strongly recommend ''Avoid ApolloMunich''. Any issues not getting read more...
