Yeh, ur right dear Spk.I also own a xeta GLG.Reagarding reverse gear, i wud say pause for a few decs. b4 engaging it from netural.It works ! i tried it whenever possible.I had some starting problems initially...but that sloved now.M ay be due to soem clogging of injectors.Really enjoy it.
