There are people who lie or mislead in every company/industry. Does not mean that the company is fraud. ICICI has taken many initiatives for checking and controlling this menace. Did not understand what was wrong? Was the scheme informed incorrectly in which case u shud not hv mentioned it in pros. senior not available in office at 6:30 - can happen, so what? I think u r not used to anything else than the 'normal account' or u hv not explained what the fraud was if any?
